Quantum Board LED grow lights represent the pinnacle of efficiency in horticultural lighting. Our boards utilize genuine Samsung LM301H top-bin diodes arranged in a large-format PCB that delivers extraordinary uniformity across the entire illumination area — eliminating the hot spots and weak edges common with COB and small-panel fixtures.

The quantum board format achieves remarkable PPE ratings of 2.9-3.1 umol/J thanks to the low current density operation of Samsung's mid-power packages. By spreading hundreds of diodes across a large aluminum substrate, each LED operates at optimal efficiency while collectively producing intense, evenly distributed photosynthetic photon flux.

Our boards feature a full spectrum combining 3000K warm white and 5000K cool white Samsung diodes with supplemental 660nm deep red and 730nm far-red chips. This proven recipe delivers excellent results across all growth stages — vigorous vegetative growth, strong flowering response, and enhanced fruit/flower development.

Available in four power configurations from 120W to 480W, each board uses a Mean Well HLG series driver for rock-solid reliability and 0-10V dimming capability. The passive cooling design requires no fans — just mount the board to the included aluminum heatsink frame and hang.

For OEM customers, we offer custom PCB layouts, alternative diode configurations (Osram, Seoul Semiconductor, Bridgelux), custom housing colors, and private labeling services with MOQ starting at 100 units.
